  1. I requested my password to be emailed to me, but did not receive it. What can I do?
    Your virus protection software has probably filed the email as junkmail or your school's virus/spam software has rejected the email entirely. If you are unable to retrieve the email you can complete the following form to request the password look-up or to request a new password. We will attempt to send you a new email with the password confirmation.. Please allow up to 1 to 2 business days for a response since this request is handled personally by our web design company, though it may often be quicker. Additionally you can call the MADance office to request a password lookup if your emailed password confirmation is never received.
  2. My email address has changed. How can I register using my old account with my new email address?
    You fastest solution would be to register as a new customer with your new email address. Another alternative is to complete the request form asking our web design company to change the email address associated with your registration account. Please allow up to 1 to 2 business days for a response since this request is handled personally by our web design company, though it may often be quicker.
  3. I am an indiviudal attending a camp or competition that is normally attended by teams. How should I register?
    Individuals registering should be prepared to pay securely by credit card when registering online.
    If you are registering for a university, communter, hotel camp, or competition you can login to the team registration system. Enter your name and your school name in the line that requests your School Name so that we know you are an individual registering, and not the entire team. You will list your home address for the confirmation packets and use your own email address for the confirmation email.
  4. While registering, the server seems to time out or run very slowly so that I am unable to get to the next screen. What should I do?
    Server delays are not uncommon on the internet. When registering, please only click a submit button one time and allow the action to process until the next page is loaded or an error message is received. If an error message is received, p
    lease use this link to log in again. You will need to start over with your registration using your email address and password. Or you can return to register in an hour or two when the server is available again. When you receive an error message you are welcome to email our web design company. Please copy and paste the error message into the text field on the form.
